How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been processed it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Depending on if the order is being shipped within Australia or Internationally these time frames can change. Please read more on Shipping & Returns page.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order online using the tracking number we provide you. This number will be sent with the email notification you receive when your order has been shipped. Please read more on Shipping & Returns page.
Will there be delays?
If you are an International customer we always allow 10-15 business days for the parcel to reach you. This is incase your parcel is held up in customs.
What currency is used online?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Do you have a physical store I can visit to view products?
We are an online store only, we do not have a physical store yet.
Do you gift wrap?
We wrap all our products with fabric and can include a small card if you request it, please contact us to let us know if your purchase is a gift.
